This little fellow is adorable and deaf! What I have learned in my life time is that is dosen't matter if we are big or little, hearing or deaf; if our language is spoken or signed, God inhabits the prasies of HIS people. There's just something about my praise, as the song goes, that HE loves! So enjoy, as Andrew signs his praise!!!!
